Purpose: A ward specifically for guarding against any negative and malefic spells that come your way.
Methodology: Cleanse and cast a protection spell on your place first, this is an essential step before warding. The ward is placed near an entryway.
Creation:
Anoint your candle with the olive oil and dress it in the herbs provided in the recipe.
Lay the black mirror on a flat surface.
Place the candle on top of the mirror in a holder to prevent wax from melting onto the mirror.
Light the candle and chant:
Return to your maker, and leave me in peace. Should the way be barred, your power will cease.
Allow the candle to burn. Dispose the wax outside your home. The ward is created.
